All invoices must be paid 48hrs prior to your session time. Any cancellation within 48hrs with incur 50% of session cost. On the spot cancellation will incur full session cost.

When meeting all dogs I will ask that you meet me outside with your dog on a lead. Before our session I will send a 'what to expect' document that will act as a reminder.

Understand that yourself and your dog's behaviour is your responsibility and all information regarding bite history and relevant training information must be disclosed prior to session. 

I only use positive reinforcement and force free training in my sessions. I do not support the use of aversive tools like E-collars, choker chains, slip leads, throw chains etc. Please contact me if you have further questions.
